AP Calculus 2024-2025

• Access the lesson packet provided by Mr. Liu. Watch the instructional video while taking notes. Then, practice solving problems from memory, without referring to the notes. Double check your answers with the answer key after every problem! If you get it wrong, try and figure it out independently, but if you are still confused, ask Mr. Liu or a classmate! When you feel ready, take the mastery check without using your phone or notes. Scoring 4 out of 5 or higher indicates passing and progression to the next lesson.

  • Mastery checks are taken without notes to prepare for the AP Exam in May, aiming for successful results and potential college credit. Memorization is a crucial skill we practice in each lesson due to the extensive content.

  • During the school year, the target is to complete 3-4 lessons weekly. If you pass the mastery check for a lesson, you will receive a 1/1 on the gradebook for that lesson. Until reaching a particular lesson, a score of 0/1 will be assigned.
